dropcv 是 DropCV 的官方命令行工具，把人才库管理、简历导入、JD 匹配等核心能力封装成一行行可直接执行的命令。
适合以下场景：
- 批量导入历史简历（一条命令搞定）
- 写 shell 脚本定时同步数据
- 在 CI/CD 流水线里触发候选人评估
- 不想写 HTTP 请求、只想要”能跑”的接入方式
